Just 15 mins of Zentnagle drawing a day can very much reduce stress, anxiety and overthinking
- Andrea will give a demonstration of ink pen Zentangle inspired drawing techniques
- The techniques are very easy to learn and very relaxing to do, before you know it you’ll be engrossed in your mark making and your creativity will start to flow
- Once you have learned this simple mark making designs you can go on to practice on a regular basis in the sketch book provided
- Andrea will offer guidance throughout the workshop where needed
